The property includes two connecting houses. The large house has 7 bedrooms on 3 floors and sleeps up to 15 people: 6 double (or twin) bedrooms and a large triple bedroom which doubles as a play room.
3 of the bedrooms are en-suite (one with a bath tub). The other 4 bedrooms share two shower rooms and two separate toilets. The rooms mainly face east with a view of the water mill.
The entrance to the house is through a large 80m2 room opening onto the south-facing terrace and a shaded courtyard to the north. This room is the heart of the house and includes a large open kitchen, dining table and the lounge area to with a log burner.

The small house connects to the large house's living room and can only be rented as an addition to the main house for larger tribes. It has 1 en-suite double/twin bedroom upstairs and can accommodate 2 children on the sofa bed in the living room with open kitchen on the ground floor (maximum 4 guests).

The hamlet has a former watermill and stone barns surrounded by twenty acres of land on a hillside and a wet meadow with a stream running through it. A permaculture orchard and vegetable patch can supply ultra-fresh, seasonal products for delicious meals. You may also choose to book a craft workshop.
